We will verify you have made at least one successful and legitimate order at some time in the past. If you have made zero (0) orders please refer to instructions for new accounts further below.

  • Instructions for current TRU Networks (Premium cPanel Hosting) Clients:
    To verify your account you may call our toll-free number 24/7 or e-mail and provide your first and last name, the primary domain name of your hosting account, and which billing method you use to verify that your account is in good standing.

  • Instructions for former TRU Networks (Premium cPanel Hosting) Clients:
    To verify your account you may call our toll-free number 24/7 or e-mail and provide your first and last name and the primary domain name of your old hosting account. We will verify this information with your original order.

  • Instructions for new TRU Networks (TRU Domains) Clients:
    To verify your new (or previously unused) account you must e-mail our Support department and provide the following information:
    1. First and Last Name
    2. E-mail Address
    3. Telephone Number: We will call for verification in addition to checking caller ID databases and reverse number queries to compare the name and address information.
    4. Full Mailing/Billing Address: We will verify accuracy at the USPS web site or with the country's applicable postal service authority.
    5. Optional: Clearly state in detail how you were referred to us or how you found out about TRU Domains and or TRU Networks; doing so will significantly increase your chances of being verified.
    Please note that the contact information must match that of your TRU Domains Personal Profile. To check and correct any of this information simply navigate to the following menu path:
    "Settings >> Personal Information >> Primary Profile"

    You will receive priority if using an e-mail subject of "TRU Domains Account Verification" (without quotes).
